How much vermicompost should I use for potted plants?
Use 150–200 g per indoor or outdoor potted plant every 30 days, following the Divine Earth Organics packaging directions. Loosen the topsoil, apply near the root zone, mix lightly with soil and water thoroughly.
What is the recommended dosage for vegetables and garden beds?
For flowering and vegetable plants, apply 200–300 g per plant every 30 days. For kitchen garden plants, use 100–200 g per plant every 30 days. For lawns and garden beds, apply 250–500 g per square metre every 2–3 months. These are the separate categories printed on our pack; contact us if you are unsure which suits your planting.
What nutrients does this vermicompost contain?
The approximate composition printed on the pack is nitrogen 0.8–1.2%, phosphorus 0.5–1.0%, potassium 0.4–0.8%, organic matter 30–40%, humic acid 5–6%, moisture 30–40% and pH 6.5–7.5.
